بعد الانتهاء من التصميم، تأتي مرحلة تجهيز الموقع والبنية التحتية، والتي تشمل إنشاء القواعد الخرسانية وتحديد أماكن تثبيت أفضل شركات تركيب سلالم متحركة في مصر المعدني للسلم المتحرك. يتم التأكد من استواء الأرضيات وقوة التحمل، بالإضافة إلى تجهيز التوصيلات الكهربائية اللازمة لتشغيل النظام. كما يتم التنسيق مع باقي أعمال البناء لضمان تكامل السلم المتحرك مع تصميم المبنى دون تعارض مع الأنظمة الأخرى
